Maybe our first walk this year in really autumnal weather: grey sky, on and off drizzle, but a wonderful way to appreciate the colours of the leaves in our favourite woods round the corner. We had warm drinks and apple cake with us, to motivate the troops....

Otto had asked us already a few days ago if we could go for a bike ride at the weekend. We promised we would so we packed our picnic...and off we went. The weather was fantastic, if a bit chillier than lately. But what a light! The leaves are turning...

Saturday late afternoon was the perfect moment to be in the forest with friends and matches: we started a fire and grilled a few marshmallows, but mainly enjoed the beautiful light in amongst the quietness of the trees. Great feeling.
