Probably a bit of all this in fact, but no no no !!! MCLI stands for Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, which is what I am now officially -received the letter today!
So, in between nappy changing, nursing, bathing, caring for all those children, I am actually a very distinguished translator and interpreter, a real linguist, oh yes...

Oh well, it's nice to feel recognised. I'll think about it in a few months time maybe...
