Hat #1

Probably motivated by the sudden drop in temperature but also in desperate need of a little distraction from Swedish grammar, I decided to make new hats for the little ones. Poppy's version (completely improvised and therefore slightly on the wide side) is all girly, flowery and soft-fleecy, with red satin ribbons to bring a bit of elegance in the sandpit...

Tried and tested yesterday, it seemed to do the trick, Poppy had very warm ears all day!

Well, I saw Otto's new hat on Skype last night, straight off the press, so to speak, and thought it looked great and now I see Poppy's prototype. Flowers on the outside for Pops and cars on the inside for Otto - a perfect "Hat-trick"! I'm sure they will both be warm and snug in those over the coming colder weeks.

Vraiment très mignon. Encore du beau travail (je vois que tu maîtrises ce sujet aussi bien que la grammaire suédoise). Et ça va parfaitement à Poppy. Elle est d'ailleurs très jolie sur la photo.
Je suis curieuse de voir dimanche le fameux jupon de vampire!
