Pretty shadows

We braved the icy weather again today, for a little walk around Stora Skuggan - literally, "the big shadow" - near Universtitetet. Much more invigorating and pretty than Christmas shopping with three kids...

The light was amazing, even though it declined early. Not many walkers around there, but acres of immaculate snow! Our friend Carina joined us for a muffin and pancakes in the friendly Skafferiet, just what we needed before we went out again!
