Gärdet

What a miserable Saturday it was, especially for the poor Marathon runners who had to stomach constant rain and ridiculously low temperatures (5 degrees at the beginning of June...Swedish summer, oh dear!) for hours on end! We kept ourselves dry - at home!

Slightly frustrated and tired of everyone suffering of cabin-fever we decided to go to Gärdet on the Sunday, hopefully to catch a glimpse of the vintage cars that were going to follow a circuit around the area towards Djurgården. The weather was not fantastic and we quickly felt cold but at least we ran around a bit and paid a visit to some placid horses that seemd happy to munch on overgrown wet grass.
