Castle # 2

As part of the Impressionists' route in Normandie, this year's exhibition at the Château-Musée de Dieppe was devoted to Walter Sickert. Sickert has painted Dieppe and his surroundings, lived in the area together with other artists from England (including Oscar Wilde). We had a good time and met with very pleasant assistants in the museum's shop: they insisted we took lots of bookmarks and posters to give students in Stockholm. Unexpected but great!
