Xmas Scouts

A bit of catching up with what we have been busy with over the last few weeks/days...

A couple of weekends ago, it was time for the scouts' Christmas market i e the scouts' contribution to the local Julmarknad at Ekebyhovslott. I did my bit in the form of eight big mjukpepparkakor, which are basically gingerbreads flavoured with cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, aniseed and all the traditional spices found in Swedish gingerbiscuits. Great success, they were all gone by the time our shift at the stand came! 

It must have been the price (cheap!) and the labels (very professional) that attracted the punters ;.)
