Animal farm etc.

Today was a super sunny day and we spent it outside, mainly on the grass, playing ball and running around with friends- that's when we were not having a cup of tea or eating ice-cream or visiting the animals next door at the farm in Ekoparken.
Otto must have covered miles running up and down pretending to be a monster or being chased by other roaring creatures: he collapsed in his pram a bit before 4.00pm, slept thoroughly for four hours, woke up for a bit of milk at 8pm and went back to sleep after that...What a bit of fresh air does to your average 23-month-old, hey!

Poppy was very happy to walk on grass and trained her walking quite a bit on the rough but soft terrain, where she rolled in a jolly manner on a few occasions. She did not have problems falling asleep either.

Lili took lots of pictures of animals (see above) and chased her dad to play "Catch" a lot. Finished the day with a swimming lesson and a medal (this was the end of the course) but skipped the normally daily bed-time-story...

Both Pete and I feel as if we caught the sun a bit today. So easy to get sunburnt after such an endless winter that left us even more pale-skinned than usual! Let's hope the rays stay with us for a few days...
